Window Caulking

Caulk Gaps in Windows, Doors & Garages | Patio & Porch Floor-to-wall | Garage Floor to Masonry Wall | Basement Floor to Masonry Wall

Have you looked at your windows outside lately? How about around your front & patio doors? If the old caulking is cracked or worse, gone, you are letting water in between.  Anytime water gets in between, you are promoting rot and if a freeze happens at just the time, you can have shifting or even cracking of masonry surfaces.

Leaving this to the professionals, makes sense since the type of caulk used matters, plus the proper removal of the old caulk and application of the new means the difference of lasting months verses years!

Take a look at what we’ve been able to do for homeowners just like you!

Professional Window Caulking

Water-tight sealants are not all made - or applied - equal! As caulk ages, it can become dry, brittle and shrinks leaving room for water to penetrate. The first two pictures here show how caulking may look that needs to be replaced, and the gaps that allow air and moisture to enter. Finally, what properly sealed caulk should look like!
